Our goal is to ensure that all services purchased through our website are delivered promptly and meet the highest quality standards.

Service Delivery
Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment via Stripe, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the services purchased. This email will serve as your official receipt. All payments are accepted in USD only.
Service Initiation
• For Companies:
• Temporary Staffing: Our team will initiate the staffing process within 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a list of qualified candidates within 5-7 business days.
• Permanent Staffing: Candidate sourcing will begin within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We aim to provide a shortlist of candidates within 10-14 business days.
• Project-Based Staffing: Service initiation will occur within 3 business days of payment confirmation. A detailed project plan, including timelines and milestones, will be shared within 7 business days.
• Managed Services: After payment confirmation, service initiation will begin within 3 business days, and a kickoff meeting will be scheduled within 5 business days.
• For Job Seekers:
• Career Placement Services: After payment confirmation, we will begin the job matching process within 2 business days. We aim to present suitable job opportunities within 14-21 business days. The placement fee is only due after a successful job placement. The placement fee can be split and paid over 12-18 months as a monthly service fee based on the agreements signed.
• Resume and Interview Preparation: These optional services will be initiated within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We will work with you to create a tailored resume and prepare for interviews within 5-7 business days. If you do not opt for the Career Placement Services, there will be a fixed charge of $2,000 for the resume preparation. If the Career Placement option is chosen, this fee will be adjusted against the placement charges.
Changes and Cancellations
Change Requests
You may request changes to the scope of services by contacting our customer support team at info@vinshellc.com. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional fees may apply, and timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations
• For Companies:
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations after 24 hours but before service initiation will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
• Once service initiation has begun, refunds are not available, but credits may be applied towards future services.
• For Job Seekers:
• Cancellations of Career Placement Services can be made before a job placement is confirmed. No fees will be charged unless a placement is secured.
• Resume and Interview Preparation services can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued, but credits may be applied to future services.
Refunds and Disputes
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through Stripe, subject to Stripe’s refund processing guidelines.

Payment Currency
All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion fees or charges are the responsibility of the client.
Legal and Export Restrictions
Our services are subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
, administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
• Export Compliance: We do not provide services to individuals, entities, or countries prohibited by U.S. export laws, including those designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Clients agree not to engage in or facilitate the re-export of our services to any restricted destination or for any prohibited use without obtaining all necessary government authorizations.
• Sanctions Compliance: Our services cannot be used for transactions or business dealings with sanctioned entities or individuals under U.S. law, or with countries under comprehensive sanctions such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including export and import regulations, and to refrain from using our services in ways that violate these regulations.
